The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. I have enjoyed roaming the mountains of western North Carolina for over 30 years in search of interesting nature images to capture on 'film'. Beyond NC, photo adventures have led me to several other states and foreign countries.
